We have recently changed the platform that runs our online stores for our Studio, Ace and Webb Ivory brands. This allows all in-house departments to work together more efficiently - from setting up the products to selecting the product photography.
Our customers now have a more efficient "My Account" self-serve section, where they can find the information they need more easily.
The site offers new features, such as browsing product collections, shopping within our interactive catalogues and quick-viewing products.
Many new features are planned, which will bring further enhancement to the shopping experience. These include displaying how many times a product has been ordered in a 24 hour period, low stock alerts, abandoned basket emails and an improved personalised experience.
